Booking Information

 

 

DEPOSIT:

• 50% of the package price and are non-refundable ​

 

TRAVEL FEE:

• If the location of choice is over 20 minutes from me there will be an extra travel fee added to the package price. Pricing for that depends on the exact location. If your package comes with multiple locations, they should be no more than 15 minutes away from each other.

 

LATE FEE: 

• 10 minutes late is an additional fee of $30. More than 20 minutes late will result in a cancellation of your shoot. The deposit will not be refunded. Please arrive 15 minutes early if you need to get dressed.

 

BOOK IN ADVANCE:

• Please book at least 5 days before your desired shoot date. Birthday Shoots must be booked 2 weeks in advance. An extra $40 fee for booking less than 4 days in advance.

 

STUDIO:

• Please let me know if you would like to shoot at the studio when you send your inquiry. Keep in mind that booking in advance will help guarantee the date and time you need.

Extra People:

• For studio shoots, I only allow ONE guest due to COVID. The guest must wear a mask.

EXTRA IMAGES:

• Out of the images taken from the session, you will pick the number of edits your package comes with. I do not send RAW images (unedited photos) You may also pay for extra edited images if you would like.

             - Every additional image is $10 each​.

             - Full Skin retouch can be added for $20.

           

Frequently Asked Questions

Deposits/ Forms of Payment:

• Once the details of your session are finalized, a PayPal invoice will be sent to you. The balance is due 48 hours prior to the the scheduled session time. You have not booked unless your invoice has been paid. Dates and times will not be held.

What happens if the weather is bad? :

• Sometimes the weather may be bad… We can reschedule the photoshoot for another day with your same deposit, or I can refund you if we cannot come up with a new session date.

 

• If you fail to show up to the photoshoot, or cancel within 2 hours of the photoshoot, it will not be rescheduled. To reschedule for other reasons than the weather there will be a $50 fee.

Do I travel ?:

• Yes, there will be an additional travel fee added to the package of your choice. I need the exact location of the shoot to tell you the additional fee. Travel includes up to 20 minutes, it will be an additional fee. If you have 2 locations, please keep them within 10-15 minutes of each other.

Do I own a studio or do studio work?:

• Yes. However I do not own my own studio yet, but one can be scheduled for you. Please let me know if you would like to shoot at the studio when you send your inquiry.

Can you send me a few images after the shoot? Do you provide Prints?:

• I won’t be able to send a few images right after the shoot. I turn around time is no more than 3 weeks. I do not provide prints to clients yet. Feel free to print at any location of your choice.

How will I receive my photos?:

• A link will be sent to your email. The site will allow you to like the number of photos your package gives you. Then when the images of your choice are hearted, I will edit them and get them back to you within 3 weeks, and send them to you in a downloadable email link.

• The photos will disappear in seven days, so you want to make sure you get them downloaded! Every 30-days I do delete clients photos, and they will be no longer of access to me or you.

•  I personally try and get pictures back to clients within 2-3weeks depending on your package and any extra images you purchase. Please do not rush this process if you haven't paid a rush fee.

• You will not receive every picture taken. You will only get the number of photos your package provides edited by me. The rest will be deleted unless you pay for extra.

• Additional images are $10 each and must be paid for before editing starts. I will send over an invoice for all additional images.
