Operation Hours:
Mon-Fri: 9am – 3pm ; 4pm-9pm
Sat: 8am– 11pm
Sun: 10am-6pm

DEPOSITS: NON-REFUNDABLE/ NON-TRANSFERABLE

RESCHEDULING DUE TO COVID:
PLEASE CONTACT ME VIA EMAIL TO RESCHEDULE!! Rescheduling is only valid if you contact me 24 hours prior to your original appointment. In order to use your deposit, you must show your positive covid test results and book a new appointment within 30 days of your original appointment date. You are only allowed 1 rescheduled appointment.
LATENESS:
We understand that it can sometimes be traffic, so we give a 10-minute grace period to arrive to your appointment. A $30 late fee will be added to the service total. At the 15-minutes late your appointment will be canceled. You must be physically in front of me at this point. Not pulling up or outside. Your deposit will not be refunded if you are more than 15 minutes late.
NO CALL/NO SHOWS:
Will receive a FULL-SERVICE charge.
LATE CANCELLATION:
Within 24 hrs: $30.00 fee will be applied if you decide to book in the future.
BY BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU AGREE WITH ALL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
FOR CLIENTS INQUIRING ABOUT LOCATION: ADDRESSES WILL BE EMAILED TO CLIENTS ONCE APPOINTMENT HAS BEEN BOOKED VIA EMAIL.
