LATENESS: 

We understand that it can sometimes be traffic, so we give a 10-minute grace period to arrive to your appointment. A $40 late fee will be added to the service total. At the 15-minutes late your appointment will be canceled. You must be physically in front of me at this point. Not pulling up or outside. Your deposit will not be refunded if you are more than 15 minutes late.

 

NO CALL/NO SHOWS: 

Will receive a FULL-SERVICE charge.

LATE CANCELLATION: 

Within 24 hrs: $30.00 fee will be applied if you decide to book in the future.

Bridal Booking, Payment & Service Policy:

 

A non-refundable retainer (deposit) is required to secure all bridal bookings. Submission of payment confirms the client’s agreement to all terms, conditions, and policies outlined by Facing Paris B, regardless of whether a physical or electronic contract has been signed.

 

All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable, as they are used to reserve your wedding date, secure scheduling, and begin preparation for your event. Bridal bookings require advance planning, including timeline coordination and, when applicable, securing additional artists. Once a retainer is received, Facing Paris B will begin preparations and may decline other inquiries for that date.

 

Failure to sign a contract does not void or alter these terms once payment has been made.

 

Bridal bookings are secured based on the full scope of services requested at the time of booking, including the total number of services and any required additional artists. Due to the nature of wedding scheduling and team coordination, Facing Paris B is unable to guarantee adjustments that reduce or significantly modify services after booking.

 

Requests to modify, reduce, or remove services — including bridal party services — may not be accommodated, especially within 30 days of the wedding date, as staffing, scheduling, and other client inquiries are directly impacted. Changes of this nature may result in forfeiture of the reservation, and the booking may be released at the discretion of Facing Paris B.
